Generally the company has a slow to respond weak service offering typical of a Bell, with all the advantages and disadvantages of that kind of a company. Unfortunately Juneau does not have any real internet offerings such as [Speak Easy] or megapath or others.

Prices are for internet are typically several times as much as a network connection from a competitive company down south.

bandwidth limits may exist, but they will not say what they are if they do but they are more then [the other guys]
Will not sell Naked DSL (aka Unbundled) this is illegal in California
Will not sell regular net connections w/o the overhead and timing issue problems of PPPOE

overall ACS is comparable to Gci Internet, and may be the best offering in town, with relatively good prices and relatively good speeds. Just wish they would offer consumer SDSL and a non-PPPOE connection and these guys would be really good.
